By placing an order, you are forming a legally binding contract with colorcity.in, for products and services, and you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Delays or damages during shipping are the sole responsibility of the carrier providing shipping services. colorcity.in is not responsible for delays or damages caused during shipping.
Printed products are all customizable, printable, and digital, the process takes 1-2 days to complete. The total shipping time from the day your orders are placed can range between 4 to 7 business days. Standard shipping times apply once your order has been shipped.
The fees for colorcity.in products and services, which include the cost of processing, printing, shipping and/or mailing, and any other charges applicable, are due and payable together with the submission of an order. colorcity.in requires pre-payment on all orders with the exception of certain customers pre-approved for Credit Terms.
All mailing services and postage related fees must be prepaid. Please note that no orders will be mailed until an approved and signed mailing services invoice is returned from
the customer authorizing payment. Any amount due to colorcity.in, which is not paid, may result in non-delivery of the order, and interest charges as 2% per month on late payments.
Customers are responsible for all related collection costs, legal fees, and interest.
We always try very hard to provide complete satisfaction with your purchases and will go to any length to do so. However,
if you are dissatisfied with an item purchased through the website, we accept returns and offer replacements subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
Please keep in mind that we do not provide refunds for completed services. Returns that are not received by us will not be eligible for replacement.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If any of the following conditions are met, we will accept product returns for replacement:
If the products you received differ significantly from the products you ordered.
If a product is faulty, your order will be replaced or refunded. All claims for damaged items must be made with photo proof within 24 hours of receiving your order. It is critical that you open your order as soon as possible and notify us if there is any damage. No action will be taken if no claim for damage is made within 24 hours of delivery.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
